This notice is issued to obtain proposals from all commercial sources qualified and interested in providing services for the the building described herein. Source selection procedures will be used to evaluate offerors, which at a minimum will include Experience, Past Performance and Price as evaluation factors for award. The approximate solicitation issue date is May 13, 1997, with request for proposals scheduled for June 17, 1997, by 1:30 p.m. local time. The period of performance: October 1, 1997 through September 30, 2000, with two three-year option periods. In addition, elevator maintenance services will be an option for the period of October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998, with eight one-year options. Bid and performance bonds will be required, as well as Subcontracting Plans if a prospective contractor is a large business concern.
