FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire engineering and technical services to support the development, integration and implementation of programs and changes or improvements to the Tactical Aircraft Mission Planning System (TAMPS), Mission Distribution System (MDS), Afloat Planning System (APS), Theater Mission Planning Center (TMPC), Joint Services Imagery Processing System -- Navy (JSIPS-N), Digital Photo Laboratory (DPL), Photo Image Product Library (IPL) and other command and control, intelligence, mission planning and imagery processing systems in accordance with tasking received from U. S. Naval Systems Commands, National Imagery and Mapping Command and other headquarters commands. The services are for an estimated level of effort of twelve (12) months and 199,000 manhours with four (4) one-year options -- with 212,000 for the first option year, 217,000 for the second option year, 218,000 each for the third and fourth option years -- totalling 1,064,000 manhours. A Cost Plus Fixed Fee Level of Effort Service type of contract is contemplated. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification Number is 8711.
