This is a solicitation for single family closing agent services for the HUD Cincinnati Area Office. The geographic area is defined as Area 2 and includes Montgomery, Warren, Preble, Greene, Clinton, Darke, and Miami counties, Ohio. The Contractor shall perform various services regarding closing services for sales of single family properties (between one and four units). The term of the contract is a one-year base period with two one-year options to extend the term of the contract. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 6531. See Numbered Note 1. The size standard of $1.5 million average annual receipts over the past three years includes revenues and commissions, not funds received in trust for an unaffiliated third party. This procurement is being solicited using simplified acquisition procedures, and the value of this contract shall not exceed $100,000.
