The VA Western NY Healthcare System -- Buffalo site intends to negotiate with Associated Healthcare for the pick-up, delivery, set-up and storage of durable medical equipment. Due to our requirements, this procurement is restricted to qualified, JCAHO accredited Contractors who have an established facility within a 25 mile radius of Buffalo, NY, and who have the ability to respond to the 12 counties surrounding Buffalo. The Contractor is also required to provide local repair, cleaning of equipment and 2800 sq. ft. of storage space to maintain the VA durable medical equipment inventory.
