Also included is an increase in the power supply in student rooms and incidental related work complete and ready for use. -- The estimated cost is $100,000 and $250,000. -- Firm Fixed Price Contract. -- Contract duration is approximately 183 calendar days. -- This proposed contract will be unrestricted. -- The Standard Industrial Code is 1731 and the annual size standard is $7.0 million. It is recommended the subcontracting goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business Subcontracting effort.
