The work includes providing all labor, supervision, tools, material, equipment, and transportation required to perform installation of floor covering at various Government facilities in Monterey, CA i.e., Naval Support Activity -- Monterey Bay; La Mesa Housing, Naval Postgraduate School; Presidio of Monterey, CA; Presidio of Monterey Annex, CA; and Naval Postgraduate School Annex, CA. Estimated start date is 15 July 1997. This procurement is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The guaranteed minimum amount of work to be ordered per year is $25,000.00 and the maximum amount of work to be ordered is $800,000.00. Term of the contract is for a twelve (12) month period or until the maximum amount has been ordered, whichever occurs first. The contract is for a base and two (2) one year option periods. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 1752. The related small business size standard is $7.0 million.
