The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, materials, transportation required to repair and renovate a retaining wall located at the Army National Guard Readiness Center, Arlington, VA. The work shall include, but not be limited to, site clearing, earthwork, foundation drainage systems, landscaping, concrete patching, crack injection, joint sealing and painting. Tentative solicitation issue date is 27 May 97; tentative open date is 27 Jun 97. Period of performance shall be 75 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Estimated magnitude: $100,000.00 -- $250,000.00. Full and open competition procedures will be used with small, disadvantaged evaluation preference given.
