Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001, Fabrication and Painting of two(2) "Berthing Cushion Test Frames," for Hueneme harbor as part of a project to determine the impact of vessels during berthing operations, per drawings 97020001-97020004. The frames hold fender cushions in place and support load cells that measure the forces generated by the vessel. Completion date is 1 June 1997.
