Due to programatic considerations, the solicitation release date and due dates which appeared in the previous announcement are changed to read "To Be Determined". The preproposal conference tentatively scheduled for 30 Apr 97 has been postponed and is now scheduled to commence approximately 10-15 days after release of the solicitation. All requests for the RFP currently received by the Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) will be honored when the RFP is issued.
