Naval Air Systems Command intends to place an order against BOA
N00019-94-G-0299 with Texas Instruments, Incorporated, Defense Systems
and Electronics Group, 201 South Highway 121, P. O. Box 405, M/S 3442,
Lewisville, TX 75067. The purpose of the order is to have Texas
Instruments perform engineering and management tasks for the
integration of the AGM-154 onto the F/A-18 E/F aircraft. These tasks
include support for Government and aircraft Contractor pre-flight test
efforts and analysis (wind tunnel, fit checks, and ground
safety-of-flight analyses); air worthiness, environmental measurement,
and carrier suitability flight tests; and test planning, telemetry
monitoring, data reduction, data analysis, software integration and
