The requirement consists of two primary functions, (1) operation of a help desk, and (2) providing technical training services to end users. The Small Business Administration has approved this requirement for competition in the 8(a) Program (Requirement Number 7700-97-702725). It is anticipated that one contract award will be made with a base period of performance of one year with four one-year option periods.
