Norton, Contracting Officer, 202-225-2921 The U.S. House of Representatives seeks to establish a qualified bidders list for the future release of a Risk Assessment/Disaster Recovery Request for Proposals. At a minimum, interested parties must be able to provide all of the following services: 1) conduct a comprehensive Information Technology Risk Assessment and Analysis, with distinct but integrated Communications and Information Systems components, 2) provide a Risk reduction Action Plan based upon the Risk Analysis and Risk Reduction Analysis, 3) deliver a Risk Reduction Action Plan based upon the Risk Analysis and the Risk reduction Analysis, 4) create a Disaster Recovery Plan with provisions for periodic testing and maintenance for use by the House. All requests for inclusion on the bidders list must include Company Name, Contact Person Name, Address, Telephone Number, and Fax Number. Demonstrated prior performance is a qualifying factor, therefore, certification of prior successful performance in all four areas and two current or previous client references must be provided to qualify. Submission of the SF 129 is optional but will not substitute for the required information noted above.
