The following are the estimated annual requirements: NSN: 6615-01-158-5787, P/N: 2227000-12, Tail Rotor Servo, est. qty 65 each; NSN: 4320-01-207-7228, P/N: 53023-06, Pump Module Assembly, qty 40 each. Anticipate award of a contract with a one-year base period with options to renew on an annual basis not to exceed (5) years total. The Coast Guard does not own nor can it supply drawings or specifications for these items. It has been determined that this requirement can not be fulfilled through commercial item. Offerors must possess NAVICP-PICA certification as a repair agent and must provide proof of such prior to contract award. The Coast Guard intends to negotiate with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Abex/NWL Aerospace as NAVICP- PICA certified repair agent.
