One (1) cleaning per facility per year will be required, to be accomplished within a ten (10) week period in the Spring of each year (services for the base year to commence within two (2) weeks after award of contract). Services at the University Drive Division are for the main 11-story hospital and 4 outlying buildings. Services at Aspinwall are for the 2-story/4-story hospital complex and 12 outlying buildings. Services at Highland Drive are for the 7-story main hospital and 16 outlying buildings. Services for Clarksburg are for the 6-story main hospital and 5 outlying buildings. Successful bidder must comply with all applicable OSHA regulations and industry standards in the performance of work. Initial (base) contract period is from date of award through September 30, 1997 with the Government Option to Renew for four (4) additional consecutive one-year periods.
