The services include providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision to perform the services necessary, to perform audio visual services to include but is not limited to still photography, photo/video instrumentation photography, video documentation services, processing of motion picture film, operating video teleconferencing facilities, operating a closed video cable system, operating the base command access channel, audio-visual equipment repair (except video equipment), audio-visual equipment loan function and provide training support for military reservist. All audio-visual services shall be provided within a 100 mile radius of the Edwards AFB, CA boundaries. Worldwide travel may be required in support of Research, Development, Test and Evaluation of Air Force aircraft. The anticipated period of performance is Basic Period -- 1 Oct 97 through 30 Sep 98, and four one year options ending 30 Sep 2002, for a total of five years. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. SIC Code is 7812. Size standard is $21.5 million. The anticipated date for the preproposal conference/site visit at Edwards AFB is 29 May 97.
