The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The term of the contract will be one year with four optional years to be exercised by the government. Award will be made to a single offeror whose proposal is technically acceptable and offers the lowest overall cost to the government.
