The work includes, but is not limited to, the demolition of existing features, site grading and paving, seucrity fencing, fuel storage tank installation, operations buidling construction including plumbing and HVAC, pre-engineered storage buildings, fuel island canopy, mechanical equipment and piping, and a complete supporting electrical installation. The estimated cost of construction is between $5M and $10M. Period of performance is 240 calendar days (Note: the performance period is corrected from what was published in the Pre-Sol notice). The solicitation package for this Invitation for Bid will be issued on or about 2 May 97. A pre-bid conference and site visit is tentatively scheduled for 27 May 97. The bid opening date for this project is 12 June 97. Interested parties are required to submit their request in writing to: USPFO for Arizona, Bldg. M5800, 5644 E. There is a non-refundable fee of $141.90 for a full size set, or $93.90 for a half-size set (not to scale), of the specifications and drawings.
