SOLICITATION -- Provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, services, incidentals, and supplies for the preparation of the project site and perform all work necessary for the demolition of two existing stuctures and their components and the construction of a single story sturcture complete with concrete footings and floor slabs; vertical lifting fabric door; masonry exterior and interior bearing walls; standing seam metal roofing over metal deck and steel trusses; plumbing, AFFF system, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical lighting and power, public address system, fire alarm and related work. Exterior site work includes asphalt and portland cement concrete paving; extension of existing sewer, water, underground electrical and gas service; storm drainage, landscaping; and irrigation service; and incidental related work complete and ready for use. Approximately 25,900 square feet. All work must be completed within 365 calendar days after the date of receipt of Notice To Proceed. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated.
