Work will consist of removal of existing hangar doors and closure of remaining opening, leveling of existing hangar floors, doors for vehicles and personnel, interior CMU and metal stud with gypsum board walls, complete new finish, precast concrete plank mezzanine areas, HVAC, plumbing, compressed air, dry and wet pipe sprinkler systems, power, communications, CCTB, fire detection and alarm, miscellaneous utility relocations and demolition of utility pavements and structures. Also included is the removal of lead based paints, asbestos and materials. Estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. A non-refundable check of $125.00 made payable to the OFAS/ORFPV is required for each set of plans and specifications.
