Z -- RELOCATE FILLSTAND/INSTALL SPILL CONTAINMENT SOL F41685-97-R0019 DUE 062097 POC Contact Mrs. Sylvia Garza, Contract Administrator, (210) 298-5495 or Mrs. Juanita Vasquez, Contracting Officer, (210) 298-5115 The work includes, but is not limited to furnishing all plant labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation and services necessary to install a new fillstands with a concrete paved spill containment pad. Construct a new concrete curbed asphalt paved road to seve the new fillstands. Construct two new pump houses to house a 600 gallon pump and filter separator at each pump house to fillstands. Reconstruct the existing off-loading road with concrete pavement. All other construction as it appears in the construction documents shall also be included in this project. Project requirements will be made available on or about 20 May 97. Approximate bid opening is 20 Jun 97. This solicitation will be issued as full and open competition. The applicable small business size standard for interested small business concerns, including their affiliates, is not more than $7.0 million in average receipts for the preceding three years. The standard industrial classification code is 1799. All replies to this notice must be in writing. Magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Requests for this solicitation must be submitted in writing. Telephone requests will not be honored. THERE WILL BE A $50.00 FEE FOR EACH SET REQUESTED. A set consists of one each solicitation, specifications and drawings. Payment must be made in the formof a cashier's check. Othe forms of payment will not be accepted.
