Z -- TOTAL OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE OF THE DAVID GRANT MEDICAL CENTER, TRAVIS AFB, CA SOL F04626-97-R0006 POC Rodney F. Alcantara, (707) 424-7754 Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Total Operations and Maintenance of the David Grant Medical Center located at Travis AFB, CA. Contractor shall maintain the entire physical plant of the Medical Treatment Facility, prevent physical deterioration of the facilities and equipment, operate equipment, operate energy monitoring and control system (EMCS), operate and maintain heating and water treatment plants, operate and maintain power production and related systems, provide environmental monitoring, provide maintenance for security and fire alarms at an off-site location, provide Hospital Aseptic Services (HAS), perform complete grounds maintenance services, manage and operate a comprehensive insect and rodent control program, and provide emergency service and disaster support. This acquisition is unrestricted. The resultant contract will include a basic contract period and four one-year option periods. Type of contract contemplated is a firm fixed-price (FFP). Estimated date for issuance of the solicitation is on or about 21 May 97. The closing date is scheduled for 24 Jun 97. The solicitation will provide the actual closing date.
