A firm fixed price, five (5) year, Minimum/Maximum, Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery contract is anticipated. This is an unrestricted solicitation; however, due to a limited supply, only the first 20 respondents will receive a copy of the Depot Maintenance Work Requirements (DMWRs). Firms that can supply the overhaul described above are encouraged to request a copy of the solicitation. The overhaul is to be performed IAW DMWR 55-2840-248, dated 30 Aug 1988 and DMWRs 55-2840-248-1 & 2, dated 28 Jun 1996, and other ATCOM Engineering Directives (AEDs) which shall be part of the solicitation.
