This announcement constitutes the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RFQ 786-34-97 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation and includes incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 90-45. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 7382 with a small business size standard of $9.0 million. The contractor shall furnish and provide a closed circuit video alarm system for the Calverton National Cemetery, located at 210 Princeton Blvd., Calverton, NY 11933. These services shall include all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, software, programming, if required to instal land maintain the system. The contractor shall inspect, document, test, and provide training on the installed system. Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government, considering price more important than technical and past performance.
