UNICOR is soliciting proposals for a new line of systems furniture and a variety of associated support services. The contract term is ten years. The delivery locations for this product may include, but are not limited to: USP, Lewisburg, PA; FCI, Schuylkill, PA; FCI, Mckean, PA; FCI, Morgantown, WV; FCC, Coleman, FL; and FCI, Milan, MI. All products will be shipped FOB Destination. The estimated value of this contract may exceed $500 million over the ten year life of the contract. UNICOR will make award to the offeror submitting the proposal that represents the best value to the Government. Best value will be determined by weighing proposals against the evaluation criteria stated in Section M of the solicitation. A fixed price contract with economic price adjustment is anticipated.
