The Great Lakes Healthcare System Acquisition Center is soliciting for vendors to provide paper towels to the VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This solicitation includes dispensers at no charge to the Government. The paper towel roll size must be 8 in. x 12 in. W and 2 1/2 core, 400 ft. per roll, and a flat single sheet dispensement. The dispenser (cabinet) shall not include moving parts on internal working mechanism, no cutting mechanism, no sandpaper type paper roll, and provide single hand operation. This dispenser (cabinet) must meet all requirements of ADA (American Disabilities Act). This solicitation shall be ready on or about April 30, 1997. This is set aside for small business only.
