B -- FACILITY-WIDE IMMISIONS INVENTORY AND REPORT SOL RFP 526-60-97 DUE 051597 POC Rufino M. Villaluz The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) #3, at the VAMC, 130 W. Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, NY 10468 is seeking sources from qualified contractors to provide consultant service to perform facility-wide emissions inventory and report, for the following VA Medical Centers (VAMCs)/facilities, in the VISN #3: Bronx, New York; Brooklyn, New York; Castle Point, New York; East Orange, New Jersey; Lyons, New Jersey; Montrose, New York; New York, New York; Northport, New York; and St. Albans, New York. The contractor/consultant will conduct a site visit to each facility, collect data, estimate annual emissions rates and potential to emit, perform a regulatory review and categorization, prepare reports and recommendations, assist each facility in preparing and filing permit applications. All work shall be in accordance with New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC), and New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), Air Pollution Control Regulations to comply with Title V "Operating Permit Requirements".
