Provide design services, construction specs and dwgs, cost estimate and construction period services for Sprinkler Bldg 1, Phase II. Project will provide for the installation of an electrically supervised automatic wet sprinkler system for 4th thru 8th floors. All piping, valves, flow switches from the main fire alarm panel will be included. A/E qualifications require a Fire Protection Engineer who will have BS in FPE from an accredited university, plus at least six years professional experience, three of which shall have been fire protection engineering as the primary responsibility, or be licensed as FPE, or be a full member of Society of Fire Protection Engineers. Selection criteria include (1) Professional qualifications of key personnel for required services (2) Specialized experience and technical competence in type and size of this project, (3) Past performance of other Gov. contracts in terms of cost control, quality of work and performance schedule compliance.
