This is a solicitation for Multifamily Architectural/Engineering and Cost Analysis Services for the State of Michigan, which includes HUD Offices in Detroit and Grand Rapids. Work involves the review and analysis of architectural plans, the determination of project cost, etc. Travel to the site is generally required. The contract period is two years with no options to extend the term of the contract. This contract is being solicited using simplified acquisition procedures and its value shall not exceed $100,000. See Numbered Note 1. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this solicitation is 8712. The size standard of $2.5 million average annual receipts over the past three years includes revenues and commissions, not funds received in trust for an unaffiliated third party.
