Correction: This action originally published in the CBD dated 15 April
1997, Indefinite Delivery-Type (PAVER) contract, Center for Public
Works, Alexandria, VA (Worldwide), Selection Criteria should read as
follows: See Note 24 for general AE selection process. AE firm will
have the capabilities to provide civil engineering and railroad
evaluation experience. Key personnel will be trained immediately after
contract award on MICRO RAILER Comprehensive Course with the United
States Government prior to commencement of work. Firms must have
directed supervisory experience and expertise related to railroad
management systems and non-destructive railroad testing. In addition,
sufficient professional technical support is required. Persons having
signature authority on technical documents (report, drawings, studies,
etc.) shall be engineers who have obtained professional engineering
