Representatives, house Information Resources (HIR), is seeking to
establish a qualified bidders lists for Direct Outward Dial
(DOD)telecommunications services in Washington, DC. At a minimum,
interested parties must be able to provide the following: Digital
trunking service operating at 1.544 Mbps which is mutiplexed into
individual 64kbps communications channels, each of which can be used to
place one call at a time. The digital trunks must be provided for
connection to a House provided private branch exchange(PBX). Each
digital trunk must be provided with ISDN-PRI signalling. The terminal
interface for each trunk is a channel service unit (CSU). All requests
for inclusion on the source list must include Company Name, Contact
Person Name, Address, Telephone Number and Fax Number, and a detailed
service description. Demonstrated prior performance is a qualifying
factor, therefore, certification of prior successful performance in all
areas specified above and two current or previous relevant contract
reference for services deployed in Washington, DC must be provided to
qualify. Submission of the SF 129 is optional but will not substitute
for the required information noted above. Response should reference:
