SWEDEN: THE DECREE BY THE SWEDISH MARITIME ADMINISTRATION WITH REGULATIONS CONCERNING AMENDMENTS TO THE DECREE BY THE SWEDISH MARITIME ADMINISTRATION (1996:5) WITH REGULATIONS CONCERNING LIFE-SAVING APPLIANCES AND ARRANGEMENTS ON SHIPS COMPRISED BY THE 1974 CONVENTION FOR THE SAFETY OF LIFE AT SEA The following notification is being circulated in accordance with Article 10.6. ICS numbers may be provided in addition, where applicable): Swedish ships on international voyage or on a voyage between a port on Gotland and the Swedish mainland and other Swedish ships on international voyage, except small cargo ships, primitive wooden ships, pleasure boats and fishing vessels. 5.
