The primary purpose will be the continuous and exact operation of the Wright Laboratory Avionics Directorate facility, (Building 620), which is unique to avionics research and development. These functions include operation, maintenance, modification and upgrade of the Environmental Monitoring and Control System (EMCS) and related alarms, building security, after hour walk-through inspections, responding to emergencies and responding to special requirements as time permits. Secondarily, some monitoring functions of Building 622 will also be required. Engineering functions will include studies and designs that upgrade or increase/improve system performance, correct deficiencies or add new capabilities. Software creation, modification and/or updating is a continuing requirement. This proposed procurement is under a 100% small business set-aside with a SIC CODE of 7379 and SIZE STANDARD of $14.5 MILLION.
