Herting The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is seeking to award a contract to provide ADP support to the Insurance Operations Department (IOD). The services sought include technical support and recommendations to PBGC concerning ADP solutions to complex information processing problems, expert advice for state-of-the-art database, software and hardware solutions, technical support for development of special ADP projects and reports, and database maintenance of several systems. IOD's current computer systems include Participant Records Information System Management, Automated Actuarial Case Processing System, Benefit Calculation requirements, Document Management System, and system security. Some knowledge of defined benefit pension plans, ERISA, and the PLUS Computer System will be necessary. Request for copies of solicitation must be in writing and reference RFP 97-0013.
