Please note that solicitation DAAL01-96-R-9564 was advertised in the CBD on 23 January 1997; the solicitation was released on 28 March 1997, and proposals are due on 01 May 1997, 1100 hours local time. No extensions to the proposal due date are anticipated. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 45 days of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
