The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute intends to purchase e Logistical Support Services for a period of twelve (12) months. This requirement shall provide all necessary services, qualified personnel, materials, equipment, and facilities, not otherwise provided by the Government, to obtain planning and logistical support for a meeting of experts panels, September 10-11, 1997. The purpose of the meeting is to reexamine and update the 1994 NCRR Strategic Plan. The Contractor shall have demonstrated expertise in the following areas: implementing and managing arrangements for meeting facilities, managing travel and lodging logistics, providing registration support, coordinating with consultant/recording/writing contractors, reimbursing participants and meeting facilities, and providing fiscal management reports, demonstrated expertise would include submission of evidence of previous logistical support. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 8999, Size Standard $5.0 Million will be used for this requirement.
