(CMHS), SAMHSA, through the General Acquisitions Branch, PSC plans to
award a sole source simplified acquisition to Brockton Multi-Service
Center in Brockton, MA. The requirement is to develop a guide on best
practices in seclusion, restraint, and forces treatment for seriously
mentally ill women. Recommendations and guidelines concerning actual
changes in policies, procedures and clinical practices regarding 1)
restraint and seclusion as a consequence of the Massachusetts Report
and Recommendations; and 2) the assessment and care of consumers with
histories of physical and sexual abuse. Anticipated award date is May
