This work includes demolition and removal of existing asphalt concrete; coring; minor regarding and compaction; placement of new steel reinforced concrete pads, drainage trenches with steel edgings, drainage pipes and sumps, electrical conduits, saltwater pipe, and concrete swale; placement of a sewer manhole and reroute of sewer laterals; and incidental related work, complete and ready for use. -- The estimated cost is $25,000 and $100,000. -- Firm Fixed Price Contract. -- Contract duration is approximately 60 calendar days. -- This proposed contract will be unrestricted. -- The Standard Industrial Code is 1771 and the annual size standard is $7.0 million. It is recommended the subcontracting goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business Subcontracting effort.
