N62477-96-B-3052 The work includes the construction of a new section of the East Patrol Road and security fencing to replace the existing road and fence in the area. Associated work includes the establishment of sediment and erosion control provisions, clearing and grubbing of a wooded area, providing drainage pipe systems, site grading, construction of 2,100 LF of gravel road, seeding, providing new security fencing, and incidental related work. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. Total estimated cost range is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00, including all mark-ups. Bids will be due no later than 2:00 p.m. on 17 June 1997 in the ROICC Office, Building 504.
