Great Smoky Mountains National Park Project ER-GRSM 504(1), in Blount County, Tennessee consists of storm damage repair along the entire 7.9 mile length of Parson Branch Road. The work includes construction of erosion control revetment and mechanically placed rock embankment, removal of downed trees, ditchline reestablishment, ford rehabilitation, placement of aggregate surface course, and other miscellaneous work. Principal items of work and approximate quantities are as follows: Erosion Control Revetment: 1500 SY; Equipment Rental: 1300 HOURS; General Labor: 2000 HOURS; Aggregate Surface Course: 3300 TON; Mortared Riprap: 350 CY; Mechanically Placed Rock Embankment: 90 CY; and Structural Concrete: 100 CY.
