Provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, services, incidentals, and suppplies for the preperation of the project site and perform all work necessary for the construction of a concrete pad approximately 60 meters x 30 meters for the Nevada Air National Guard Base, Reno, Nevada. The work includes, but is not limited to: Power and sewer services to be brought into the concrete pad; overexcavation and backfill; modifications to the existing building, to include, modifying an existing unisex restroom, a new men's restroom and vault will be constructed with an overhead mezzanine storage; electrical and HVAC will be included using the existing systems to tie into; install a new 12' x 12' roll-up door; construct a metal lien-to to house a relocated compressor; and incidental related work required to provide a complete and usable facility. All work must be completed within 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. A firm-fixed-price contract is contemplated. Bid opening will be at 2:00 p.m. local (pacific standard) time, on or about, Tuesday June 17, 1997. Solicitation will indicate exact bid opening date. Limited sets of bidding documents will be made available to prime contractors only, on a "first come first serve" basis until exhausted.
