Ramos, Contracting Officer PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. Eglin AFB, FL has a requirement for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for Paving at Eglin AFB, FL. Bid opening date of 25 June 1997 is only an estimated date. In general, the work may consist of resurfacing, full depth reconstruction, and full depth construction of bituminous concrete and portland cement concrete pavements to include roadways, parking lots, and sidewalks; coldplanning of bituminous concrete pavement; construction of curb return widenings; new construction of bituminous concrete ramp-downs; crack repair in bituminous concrete pavement; new construction of concrete foundation walls and footings, slabs on grade adjusting of covers and frames and grates to be flush with new pavements, removal and resetting of existing concrete curbing, and painting new pavement markings. The work shall be located at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. The exact location of work will be indicated by the Contracting Officer with each delivery order. Total estimated dollar range for a five (5) year period is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 (Basic year $1,000,000 -- $5,000,000 and each of the four (4) one year Options is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000). Performance period is 365 days calendar days for Basic Year and for each of the subsequent Option period, thereafter, if options are exercised.
