General range of work includes residential, commercial and heavy industrial. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation and quality control necessary to provide repairs and renovations. The work includes, but is not limited to, interior and exterior painting, electrical, structural, plumbing and pipefitting, glazing, sheetmetal, insulation, concrete/cement, bricklaying, roofing, electrical and potable water and sewage distribution systems and incidental related work. The standard industrial classification code for this procurement is 1541. The project is being issued as unrestricted -- open to large and small business concerns.
