The work covers, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor and material required to construct a parking area for eight (8) POL tanker trucks with spill containment, lighting, storm drainage and a washrack. Also, concrete paving, curbing, wash hydrants, and ighting. Included as an additive item is the addition of a 400 sq. ft. addition to the POL operations building. The additive work consists of wood framing, block foundation, partial brick veneer and metal siding, HVAC and lighting. This will be a firm fixed contract with a seasonal exclusion period of 15 November through 15 April. The estimated construction cost ranges between $250,000 and $500,000.
