The principal items of work shall include, but are not limited to the following: Demolition and removal of existing slate shingles and roof felts and installation of new slate shingles and roof felts; removal of roof top ventilators; Remove and replacement of rotten decking; Remove and replace gutters and supports; Reapair existing down spouts; Install new ice guards and roof access door. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The proposed contract listed herein is unrestricted. Only written requests will be honored.
