SELECTION CRITERIA: Subpart (a) is changed to read: "specialized experience and technical competence in at least 3 design projects during the past 10 YEARS that include: (1) design of alteration, renovation or revitalization of coal-fired central heat and power plants to include boilers and all associated equipment, piping controls, etc., including steam, condensate and boiler water treatment systems preferable for the U.S. military; (2) design of air pollution control devices complying with current Federal and state air pollution limits; (3) preparation of Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) comparing various central power heating generating equipment and STEAM heating distribution systems, which result in the lowest operation and maintenance; and (4) computer aided design and drafting, including translation between .dwg and .dgn files." The due date is changed to read "Submittals must be received at the address indicated above not later than COB (4:00 pm Alaska time) on May 6, 1997.
