Training Management and Training Resources System- National Guard Bureau (NGB) intends to enter into a cost plus fixed fee contract with Caliber Systems, Inc. of Falls Church, Virginia for the development of a training, readiness & operations, resource management system to forecast and manage training requirements and to support more precise allocation of resources and to provide visibility of National Guard Pay and Allowances training accounts, and Operations and Maintenance National Guard accounts. The contract shall be for one base year and four option years. This contract is the continuation of an on-going effort, the contractor having the knowledge and understanding that makes it uniquely qualified to provide these services.
