The 133rd Airlift Wing, Minnesota Air National Guard Base at the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport has an immediate requirement for the complete removal of all asbestos and asbestos containing materials within Building 684 located on the installation. The contractor shall be required to provide all labor, materials, facilities, equipment, services, employee training, testing, permits and agreements required to perform. The contractor shall comply with all EPA, OSHA, and any other applicable federal, state and local regulatory requirements. All required certifications are mandatory prior to start of work. Contract will be in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Solicitation will be available o/a 12 May 1997.
