This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns under Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code 7378. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, parts, travel, supplies, test equipment, special tools, etc. for on-site and depot level repairs. The contractor must be able to respond on location at Dahlgren to service calls within three (3) hours during the Principal Period Of Maintenance. A SECRET security clearance is required for all Key Personnel. Award will be made to the firm offering the best value to the Government.
