Q -- OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY SERVICES SOL DAKF40-97-B-0013 DUE 060597 POC Contract Specialist Virginia Salzman (910) 396-4362 X231 (Site Code DAKF40) The U.S. Army, Fort Bragg, NC has a requirement to provide Occupational Therapy Services for students enrolled in the Fort Bragg Schools, grades Pre-School through Grade 9 consisting of a therapeutic approach involving screening, consultations, evaluations, and the constant process of re- evaluation using techniques, activities and objectives to reflect the change of students needs during the occupational therapy process. The performance period for this requirement is for a base year of 1 Oct 97 through 30 Sep 98 with two (2) one-year option periods. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Only Small Businesses will be considered for award. Requests for solicitation must state bidders business size and that vendor is not currently on a consolidated list of debarred, suspended and ineligible contractors or otherwise ineligible to receive Government contracts. The Standard Industrial Classification Code for this requirement is 8049.
