The contractor will undertake all critical functions involved in administering the NSEP Graduate Fellowship Program which includes designing and disseminating annual application material, screening, and reviewing applications, overseeing national merit review process of all eligible applicants, making award recommendations, administering awards, monitoring progress of award recipients, and overseeing program requirements, including service obligation and language testing.
